Erin has spent more than twenty years as a finance and operations leader – the person who keeps the numbers behind a business working. As a Mortgage Trust loan officer, she brings that same command to the other side of the table: your mortgage.
She currently leads finance and operations for a Portland real estate and property-management firm, and previously spent four years as Chief Financial Officer of a high-volume real estate company, running full-cycle accounting for a 300-plus-agent brokerage and cutting the time it took to close its books each month by nearly a third. Over a career spanning real estate, property management, medical technology, and the trades, she has built the budgets, the payroll, and the systems that keep companies running.
For a borrower, that background is rare. A mortgage is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, and Erin reads a financial picture the way few loan officers can – spotting what matters, explaining it in plain terms, and pairing it with Mortgage Trust's access to a network of wholesale lenders to find the right fit.
A Pacific Northwest native, Erin spends her time outside work traveling, chasing sunshine, and with family and friends.
